Payment Analytics provides insights on your payments so that you can better understand your revenue. Here’s how it works.
A. On the Navigation Bar, click ‘Reporting & Analytics’
Only users with the Role of Reporter or Administrator have this button.
B. Click the ‘Payment Analytics’ card
C. Choose Which Report to Review
Click the name of the report on the left side or click on the summary card to view the corresponding report.
D. Read the provided explanation for details on what the report covers
E. Review the two leading data points
The data points on the right hand side of the report are the two key takeaways for the report.
F. Download the report data as a .csv file
To download a .csv file of the data set you are currently viewing, click the download button.
G. Search the data
Enter a search term to search within the data. Note that months are listed by their three letter abbreviation.
H. Sort table
Click a column header to sort the data by that header. Click once to sort in ascending order. Click again to sort in descending order.
