daisyBill technology monitors all bills as they progress through each Status of their Payment Cycle. When a bill requires attention, daisyBill assigns a Bill Task that your team needs to complete to move the bill forward in its Payment Cycle.
daisyBill assigns each Bill Task to the team member your Account Administrator has designated as responsible for completing it.
In your daisyBill Account, the Account Bill Tasks Page is the central hub for viewing all your bills as they move from Incomplete to Closed Status.
At the top of the page, daisyBill displays all bills with a Bill Task assigned to your team.
At the bottom of the page, daisyBill displays all bills without Bill Tasks.
How to Navigate to Your Account Bill Tasks Page
Step 1. From the navigation bar, click ‘Tasks’
Step 2. In the dropdown menu, under Account Tasks, click ‘Bill Tasks’

A. Bill Status

A. Bill Status
daisyBill organizes your Account Bill Tasks by Bill Status, so you always know where each Task occurs in the Payment Cycle.
B. Task Counts
Under each Bill Status, your Account Bill Tasks Page lists the Tasks your team needs to complete and the total count of bills with each Task.
Click any Task Count to navigate to a list of bills with that Task.
C. Task grouping
daisyBill groups Bill Tasks by the bills’ Dates of Service, except for Processed Bills.
daisyBill groups Processed Bills by Explanation (EOR) Post Date.
D. Task Filters
Task Filters allow you to customize the Tasks displayed on the page. You can filter Tasks by:
- Claims Administrator
- Billing Provider
- Task Due Date
- Task User
- Injury State (for Accounts that submit bills in multiple states)
E. Videos and Help Articles
Clicking the camera or ‘i’ icon next to a Bill Status or Task opens a short video or Help Article explaining that Status or Task.
F. Bill Task Assignments (Admin only)
For Account Administrators only, clicking ‘Manage Bill Task Assignments’ in the top right corner navigates to your Account Settings, where Administrators can select the team member to whom daisyBill will assign each type of Bill Task.
G. Balance Due column (Admin Only)
For Administrators only, each Bill type shows a Balance Due column that sums the payment amount owed for bills with that Status.
